Enable Spam Protection with Call Protect

Once enabled, you are required to enable Call Protect extension on your phone to allow it to block unwanted calls and display Caller ID for suspicious calls. Please follow these steps to enable protection:
  1. Open your phone’s Settings
  2. Find Phone, and navigate to it.
  3. Find Call Blocking & Identification
  4. There, you should see Call Protect. Turn it on.
If you are not seeing Call Protect inside Call Blocking & Identification, then the following could be the reasons.
  1. You have blocked an ill-formatted phone number. This means that you have a manually blocked phone number on your block list that is not a proper phone number. If you remove such a phone number, Call Protect should appear.
  2. If you do not block any ill-formatted phone number, but you are still not seeing Call Protect, then restart your phone. This should fix it.
  3. In some cases, if you have other call blocking apps installed, then you may need to remove those apps before you can see Call Protect on the list.
If you continue having issues, please do not hesitate to contact us. One of our representatives will work with you to figure it out for you.
